Maheen Khan is a filmmaker based in London, UK.

 

Since graduating with a BFA in film and tv, Maheen has spent the last four years editing doc shorts, branded content, trailers and tv pilots. As an amateur filmmaker she has worn multiple production hats to create stories that build worlds off of the internal struggles characters face.

 

In 2018 she was House Manager at the Trustees Theatre during the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, which is the largest college-run film festival in the United States. During her gap year at university, she interned at SOC Films which is run by Academy Award winning director, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. She was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan.
